Printer cleaning guide

The printer head requires cleaning when one of the following conditions occurs:

1) The printing is not clear;

2) Some of the columns in the printed page are not clear;

3) Feeding makes noise.

The printer head cleaning procedures are as follows:

1) Turn off the printer, open the cover, remove the paper if there is any;

2) The printer head cools completely if cleaning occurs immediately after printing;

3) Wipe the surface of the thermal printer head with a soft ethanol dipped cloth to wipe dust and/or stains.

4) Wait for the ethanol to completely evaporate, put the lid back and run the test printing.
